Eden Roc is a hotel used to hosting small workshops such as the one we propose to hold. High quality catering is offered on site. Everyone eats together either in the restaurant or on the outside partially covered terrace depending on the weather. The venue for coffee sessions is next to the lecture room and it is easy to take people with coffee into the hall to look at posters or sit and discuss talks, ideas, and collaborations. There is a gym, tennis courts and two swimming pools very close to the lecture room, enabling everyone to complement listening to talks with some movement. The lecture room holds 100, has high quality AV equipment for presentations, enabling everyone to hear and see the presentations with ease. The lecture hall also houses the poster boards enabling all posters to be easily accessible throughout the meeting. This is important especially for those doing poster presentations to allow them to discuss their posters and to view and discuss other posters with participants also presenting in the same session. 

Bring clothes suitable for a beach/pool vacation as the atmosphere is very relaxed and great for networking. Usually, the weather is very good but it might be worth checking the forecast and bringing something warm/waterproof (just in case).
