How to get there

From airport: Barcelona or Girona Airport. From railway station: Girona 

There will be complementary buses from Barcelona Airport at 1pm and 4pm on 16/6/25 returning on 20/6/25 at 11:15 from Eden Roc Hotel either to the airport or to the central train station in Barcelona. It will be possible to get return flights from about 14:30 and trains from about 13:30 onwards but it is probably best to build in a bit of a time buffer in case of traffic problems.

We hope that these times will enable to organise your travel in advance, knowing how you will get to the hotel. An organiser (likely to be Jane Mellor) will be at the meeting point in Terminal 1 of the airport to guide you to the bus. When you register, please give us an indication of which bus you intend to use.  If you would like to use the complementary bus but plan to arrive at the Central station, then there is a convenient metro link to the airport terminals. The buses do not wait at the airport – they will arrive, load up and leave promptly.

If these options don’t fit with your plans there is a very good bus service to San Feliu de Guixols from Barcelona airport or central Barcelona or central Girona (but not Girona airport). It is just a short walk (up a hill) from the bus station to Eden Roc. There will be a map on the website.
